Quicken Instructions Some members have reported a problem downloading their account information into Quicken. The issue appears to be associated with an automated upgrade to Quicken which causes authentication issues with all versions of Quicken other than the latest releases of Quicken 2010 and Quicken 2011. Please be advised that LFCU Member Services does not provide member support for Quicken. Members are advised to contact Quicken Support if they continue to have difficulties with the download process. We know that the current releases of Quicken 2010 (R10) and Quicken 2011 (R8) are able to connect and download member account information from the Lafayette Online Banking website. You can check your version of Quicken by selecting “Help/About Quicken”. You can perform a free download of the current release by clicking the appropriate link below, and downloading the release to your desktop.
